SPORTING ELITES EXCHANGE POLICY
At Sporting Elites, it's our utmost responsibility to deliver the best product to our customers. However, in case you change your mind about the purchase, we would be glad to offer a full refund if the item is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please take note of the following before returning an item.
- Items must be in its original excellent condition.
- Items must not be worn, washed, ironed or damaged in any other ways.
- Items must be with it's original product tag and original product boxes.
Please understand that no refund will be given if the returned item is found to not satisfy any of the above. Every item deserves our best care (=.
To return your item, simply send us an email at sales@sportingelites.com. We will reply within 24 hours on the instructions in regards to the return. Return the item within 7 days using SingPost Registered Mail. 7 days will be counted from the date that the courier delivers/attempts delivery, to the date the item is registered for delivery back to us.
If items are returned due to defect, the shipping cost for the return delivery will be refunded to the customer. Though the chances of a defective item being delivered to our customers is as slim as the sky will fall as we carry out detail and careful inspections before sending out an item.
